Get to Know the Role
As an intern in our team, you will help with our E-commerce Projects. You will report to Strategy and Projects Lead. This is a paid internship role, reporting to Strategy and Projects, Lead and is based onsite in Petaling Jaya.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will help develop and implement digitalization processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- You will support the analysis and documentation of business processes and identify opportunities for digitalization.
- You will support the testing and quality assurance of digitalization projects.
- You will maintain documentation of digitalization.
- You will planning and execution of projects
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- You are an undergraduate in Business/Engineering or other relevant courses
- You have proficiency in data analysis, SQL queries, and business intelligence tools.
