Program Overview
At Grab, we believe in empowering young talent to create change that matters. GrabSparks 2025 is our annual business and data case competition designed to unleash creativity, sharpen problem-solving skills, and bridge the gap between academia and real-world challenges.
Undergraduate students from across Thailand will have the chance to tackle real-life business problems at scale, combining sharp business strategies with data-driven insights.
The journey doesn’t stop at the case. The Top 10 teams will pitch their solutions directly to Grab’s leadership at our Bangkok headquarters — gaining recognition, rewards, and a fast-track into career opportunities at Grab. This is more than a competition; it’s your opportunity to showcase ideas that can shape how millions of people move, earn, and live every day.

Eligibility Criteria
📚 Academic Background:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Thailand
- Open to all fields of study
👥 Team Composition:
- 4 members per team
- All members must meet academic eligibility
- 1 team leader required
📝 Registration Requirements:
- Complete online registration before the deadline
- All team member must register via the registration link, provide team name and identified 1 team leader

Teams must have 4–5 members with one designated leader.
Every team’s effort is celebrated. Special awards, judge feedback, swags, and audience engagement ensure you leave with recognition and growth opportunities.
