We are Grab Rentals ID. We provide Fleet supply and Dax Productive to Grab, serving the non bank-able partner to work as Grab's driver-partner. In the Productivity and Community team, we identify opportunities to maintain and increasing dax productivity. We have arround 5500 dax active SR and SR EV in Jabo
Get to Know the Role
You will report to the Business Growth Manager and serve as the leader for our drivers. You'll spend your days coaching, engaging, and keeping our team motivated. You will be based in our Cinangka pool.
Partnering with the Productivity Team, you'll guide drivers to meet all regulatory standards, ensure standby coverage, and directly reduce passenger complaints. If you excel at building relationships and improving service quality, this role is for you.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Lead investigations into alleged violations of the code of conduct, fraud, and conflicts of interest.
- Ensure daily operations follow corporate ethical standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Identify potential compliance gaps across business processes and design preventive controls.
- Develop training materials and deliver ethics and compliance sessions for our teams.
- Present periodic reports covering case trends, investigation progress, and applicable recommendations.
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree fromLaw, Audit, Management, or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in compliance or investigations.
- Experience with investigative interviewing, evidence analysis, and drafting comprehensive case timeline reports.
- Firm decision-making, and demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Present regulatory guidelines and investigative findings to management and partners.

In my role, I am responsible for Grab Indonesia’s Help Centre articles. I provide information and solutions to troubleshoot any issues our passengers, merchant and driver-partners might have. I also deal with customer queries and remedy any specific issues end users might be experiencing. Dealing with people when they’re frustrated can be tricky – but I think customer service is the best place to learn about humanity and empathy and widen your perspective. It teaches you how to listen and understand people to find solutions – that’s why I love my job.
