Grab致力于在东南亚打造领先的O2O平台，而平台效率是衡量业务能力的关键因素。本团队为不同业务线（出行、餐饮配送、快递等）提供路线规划/导航/预估到达时间（ETA）能力。我们的目标是为司机伙伴提供最有效、最可靠的实时信号（如路况事件、交通信息、行车记录仪检测结果），以实现更高的平台效率。

在这里，你将深度参与地理信息行业最前沿的路线规划/导航算法的开发与研究，更贴近业务的核心指标，并利用海量真实数据探索其与现实世界的关联。最重要的是，你将有机会通过一点一滴的洞察推动Grab的业务增长，并最终见证业务指标的提升。
我们正在寻找一位高级机器学习工程师，来构建先进的实时感知能力，帮助我们的司机伙伴以最高效的方式完成工作。我们需要你卓越的机器学习技能来优化导航体验（包括场景细化、导航定位、引导优化、用户定制化、与实时信号的交互、数据埋点与分析等）。同时，我们也希望你充分发挥才能，大胆提出创意想法，并与团队成员一起实践落地。
日常工作内容
1.构建可靠的L3/L4级智能化流程，打造稳健且可扩展的解决方案来处理实时信号。
2.基于海量的用户轨迹数据，构架交通基座大模型，提升ETA路径规划等能力。
3.基于手机或车载行车记录仪等低成本视觉设备，打造以视觉为基础的交通事件的感知模型。
4.设计、构建和运维可靠的数据管道，覆盖实时流式处理和大规模批量处理，包括实时事件数据及其他地理空间信号。
5.将原始且嘈杂的数据转化为可信赖的特征、洞察和数据集，以支持路线规划、导航、路况和地图质量等相关应用场景。
6.建立监控、数据质量检查、评估框架和反馈闭环，确保数据管道和模型输出的可靠性。
7.与产品经理、数据科学家、分析师和工程师紧密协作，定义问题、开展实验并交付可扩展的解决方案。
8.探索新兴技术，并将其务实地应用于提升团队的工程效率和产品成果。
任职要求
必备条件
1.两年以上机器学习工程经验。
2.扎实的计算机科学基础，包括算法和数据结构。
3.有开发和维护大规模微服务的经验。
4.有构建和运维生产级批量及实时数据处理管线的实战经验。
5.能够处理噪杂或不完整的数据，定义合适的评估指标，并将模糊的业务问题转化为可衡量的技术解决方案。
6.热衷于构建产品和功能以推动业务增长。
7.熟悉任何一种编程语言并具备良好的编码能力，同时愿意使用Golang进行开发。熟练掌握Golang将是一个很大的加分项。
加分项
1.有处理地理空间、路线规划、导航、路况、事件或地图相关数据的经验。
2.熟悉流式处理技术，如Kafka、Flink、Spark Streaming或同类系统。
3.有构建面向工程或运维工作流的智能化自动化的经验，包括RAG、工具集成、评估和Harness工程。
4.熟悉数据分析、模型监控、实验设计和生产级ML生命周期管理。
5.熟悉AWS或Azure等云服务。
