Sales Associate
We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. In this role, you will be the face of our organization, delivering exceptional service and driving sales through meaningful customer interactions. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming shopping experience, showcasing our products, and helping customers find exactly what they need. - Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their shopping experience
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and communicate features and benefits effectively to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash and card payments
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive selling and customer engagement
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism, working toward satisfactory resolutions
- Maintain organized and visually appealing product displays and store shelves according to company standards
- Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat business through exceptional service
- Collaborate with team members to support store operations and create a cohesive work environment
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines consistently
- Participate in product training and onboarding sessions to stay current with inventory and promotions
- Proven customer service experience in a retail or sales environment (1-2 years preferred)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse customers
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks
- Cash handling experience and accuracy with financial transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Bilingual capabilities in English and Vietnamese (preferred)
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
