Get to Know the Role
You will lead middle-mile transportation operations across GrabMart Indonesia, ensuring reliable, efficient, and cost-effective movement of inventory between suppliers, warehouses, dark stores. Your primary goal is to maintain high service levels, fleet and carrier productivity, shipment visibility, and safe execution while improving network performance. This role is critical for scaling GrabMart in Indonesia.
You will report to the Head of Supply Chain. You will based onsite. You may be require regular travel to operating sites, hubs, and partner facilities.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
You will lead middle-mile transportation operations across GrabMart Indonesia, ensuring reliable, efficient, and cost-effective movement of inventory between suppliers, warehouses, dark stores. Your primary goal is to maintain high service levels, fleet and carrier productivity, shipment visibility, and safe execution while improving network performance. This role is critical for scaling GrabMart in Indonesia.

What Essential Skills You Will Need
- 5+ years of experience in middle-mile, transportation, logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations within e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or a related sector.
- A minimum of Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Proven expertise managing end-to-end transport execution, including linehaul or inter-hub transfers, route planning, dispatch, carrier and delivery exceptions.
- Demonstrated experience managing 3PLs or transport vendors, operational requirements, and driving partner performance through structured reviews and action plans.
- Able to identify root causes, and translate insights into practical improvements in service, cost, capacity, and quality.
- Experience with transport management systems (TMS), fleet or dispatch tools, GPS tracking, warehouse systems, and data dashboards.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience writing complex macros for Excel
