Session 1

Humanising AI

Grab Design shares their take on user-first principles for designing Gen/AI integrated digital products. Learn about the various forms of G/AI interaction, their benefits, and limitations, and how to choose the right form for your product. Explore the UX issues that can emerge with new technology, and how these can be handled by building trust and transparency in the right moments. The team will also offer a perspective on how to effectively overcome challenges surrounding authenticity, accuracy, and repetitiveness in AI-generated content.
