Hoa Le is an experienced engineering leader with 13 years in the industry, spanning backend, frontend, mobile, and DevOps. At Grab, he leads a team of individual contributors in Vietnam, driving new product initiatives and ensuring system reliability to support business needs. Working within Grab For Business (GFB), he helps enable corporate usage of Grab’s core services—Transport, GrabFood, GrabMart, and GrabExpress—serving major clients across Southeast Asia. Before joining Grab, Hoa contributed to various companies in SEA, gaining extensive expertise in building scalable and efficient engineering solutions.
I tackle complex engineering challenges across our superapp ecosystem, collaborating with top talent while building solutions that directly benefit Vietnam’s local community.

Quang Minh Tran is a seasoned engineering leader with eight years of experience across software engineering, data engineering, and DevOps. At Grab, he leads the Coban Infra team, ensuring the high availability, performance, and scalability of the streaming data platform that handles hundreds of terabytes of traffic daily. His team’s mission is to make streaming data reliable, convenient, and accessible across Grab.
Additionally, he leads the Image Foundry team, responsible for creating and managing AMIs while ensuring they meet industry best practices in security, performance, and software updates. Prior to Grab, Quang Minh worked at major tech companies in Southeast Asia, including Global ecommerce and retail, extensive expertise in building and optimizing large-scale infrastructure.
I’m drawn to Grab’s scale and impact in Southeast Asia, solving complex challenges with talented peers.
