About Grab Internship Program
The Grab Internship Program offers students and recent graduates hands-on experience in in the fast-paced world of technology and transportation. Interns will get the opportunity to work alongside industry professionals, gain valuable skills, and contribute to real projects that impact millions of users across Southeast Asia.
The program promotes learning and innovation, helping interns build their professional networks and advance their careers in tech. With mentorship, training, and collaborative projects, interns gain practical knowledge and are encouraged to think creatively, supporting Grab's mission to drive Southeast Asia forward by creating economic empowerment for everyone.

Who Would Be The Right Fit?
- Final year students who is currently pursuing a bachelor degree or Fresh Graduates with maximum of 1 year experience.
- A minimum GPA of 3.25.
- Open to students studying in Indonesia or abroad.
- Available for a full-time internship from July to December 2026

Registration Process
Application period starts on 18-31 May 2026
Selection Process
In this stage, selected candidates will go through interviews with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring team.
Announcement
The final results will be announced via email registered during registration. The announcement will be made on 13 - 17 July 2026
Internship Period
The internship will start on 20 July - 11 December 2026
